  • They ripped me off, and are requesting pictures of my bank account, and paypal account after I sent them my Google Play Recipt. I paid for the service, and it has been about two weeks of complaining to PayPal, Google play, and Circles. They took my money, and refuse to give me anything for it. I think this therapy group just wants information to rip people off. It's been almost a month, and they are blowing up my email, and still refuse to give access to what I paid for.

  • I love what the app offers but when you run into a issue there is no help to be found. I can't log into my original account that I've paid for despite trying all the ways to get help..there isnt any, can some one please contact me so I can at least stop you guys from charging me since I can't log in.

  • An excellent platform for emotional support and connecting with people who relate and can offer lived, genuine advice. I find it very rewarding to connect with others and to be able to offer support to parents who are where I was a few years ago, as well as other adults like me going through an adulthood diagnosis of autism. Circles Voices is a total game changer and the option to speak to a qualified therapist is fantastic, especially for those who struggle to get out and about

  • continuous technical errors, glitches, difficulty joining sessions, frustrating app. need to uninstall app then reinstall app. The need to restart electronic devices when I get issues arise. logging in and out is a headache.

  • Very professional, knowledgeable, wise, and empathetic facilitators. Very supportive community members. Work to help yourself, and work to help others. You get what you put in. The app itself sometimes glitches: chat sometimes fails to load when multitasking, and Bluetooth audio fails to connect when switching. I fix by force closing and restarting the app.

  • This app have helped me greatly get through some tough stuff. It's no longer free and you can't get into any rooms unless you pay every month. Now I don't know where to go from here. I wish this app is still usable, and left the peer guided rooms free for people who can't afford therapy.

  • The only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because there are many glitches. But what is important is the top rate facilitators who are so passionate about their jobs. There are some facilitators at Circles who are extremely knowledgeable about mental health and grief and trauma. They guide members to a better well-being. As a person who has gone to therapy for most of my life. I can honestly say I have gotten more out of 1 group than all of my years with one on one therapy.

  • Never use circle plus before, but based on everyone's review circle plus is a place to conversate and deal with certain problems. Some hosts are a little bit extreme though. Also most rooms used to be free but with all the recent updates now you have to join membership. I really thought this was a community app even though they have some master classes at the need for you to be the membership for. But now almost every room you have to be a member.

  • It crashes when I'm in rooms for a long time & trying to use my mic or type in chat. The GUI gets very slow and unresponsive. I don't think I'm low on memory or processing pwr w/my Galazy A31.

  • I've been using the premium version for almost a year. I give 5 stars because the level of support I get from my regular groups far outweighs any app glitches I experience (which have greatly improved since I joined). I attend the groups that are professionally facilitated and it's a fantastic supplement to my therapy. Great skill building and discussion rooms. Last week they added private groups to help us stay on track w progress. The development team has been great too. Very grateful!!

  • Unbelievably positive experience on this app. The counselors and facilitators are so professional. The other people on the app are so supportive. A lot of different topics are covered in 1 hour circle therapy sessions where anyone can raise their hand and talk. I feel so much better.
